Ingredients

1 cup Greek yoghurt

1 avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped

1/2 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 garlic clove, crushed

sliced baguette, crackers to serve

Method

1.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season to taste.

2.Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve with sliced bread or crackers of choice.
