15 millilitre gin

15 millilitre yellow chartreuse

30 millilitre lemon juice

Method

1.Pour Galliano, gin, Chartreuse and lemon juice over ice.

2.Top up with soda water and stir gently to mix.

3.Garnish with orange slice and lemon peel.
