Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan- forced. Oil 19cm x 30cm lamington pan. Sift self-raising flour and caster sugar into medium bowl; rub in butter. Stir in milk, mix to a soft sticky dough. Turn dough onto floured surface; knead lightly until smooth.
2.Roll dough to 30cm x 40cm shape. Spread vegemite over dough; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Starting from long side, roll dough firmly; trim ends. Cut roll into 12 slices; place pinwheels, cut-side up, in single layer, in pan. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve pinwheels warm.
