Method

1.In a bowl, combine cabbage, apple, onion and herbs.
2.In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and capers together. Season to taste.
3.Spread rolls with mayonnaise mixture. Fill with shredded pork and apple salad.

If you don’t like capers, try replacing them with 2 tablespoons of chopped pickled gherkins for tang.
