Method
1.In a saucepan, heat oil over high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until soft. Add seasoning and mince; cook, stirring to break up lumps, 5 minutes or until browned.
2.Stir in passata, crumbled stock cube and 1 cup water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to moderate. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add beans and frozen vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated.
3.Serve with tortillas and salad.
Replace red kidney beans with four bean mix.
