Method
1.Heat oil in a wok on high. Fry eggs, for 1 minute, turning until golden. Drain.
2.In same wok, stir-fry capsicum, carrots and white part of onions, for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles with satay sauce and chilli flakes. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
