Method

Preheat an air fryer to 200°C.

Lightly coat NZ Pork chop with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and half of the pepper. Whisk together oil, maple syrup, mustard, and the remaining pepper in a bowl. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
3.
Put pork on 1 side of fryer basket and Brussels sprouts on the other. Cook for 10 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
