Method
1.In a small saucepan, combine sugar, frozen berries and water. Stir on low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium. Simmer 1-2 mins until syrupy.
2.In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and vanilla until firm peaks.
3.Roughly break meringue and layer in 4 large serving glasses with cream, fresh berries and Turkish delight. Serve topped with fairy floss and gold leaf.
