Method

1.Preheat oven to 120°C/100°C fan forced. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Draw 8cm-tall ghost shapes on baking paper.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture is shiny. Beat in vanilla and vinegar.
3.Pipe mixture inside ghost shapes. Add choc chips for eyes. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and cool with door ajar. Serve.
