Method
1.Place cream in a small saucepan and heat on medium until just boiling.
2.Reduce heat to low and stir chocolate and marshmallows through until smooth. Remove from heat and stir Cointreau through.
3.Arrange fruit, biscotti and marshmallows on a platter. Pour chocolate mixture into a heatproof bowl. Serve with skewers for dipping if liked.
