Chocolate fondue

Fresh strawberries, peach slices, biscotti and marshmallow make delicious dunkers for this rich easy-to-make chocolate fondue that�s a great way to make dessert more interactive.

Ingredients

3/4 cup thickened cream

150 gram dark chocolate, finely chopped

10 marshmallows

1 tablespoon cointreau or rum

strawberries, peach slices, biscotti, marshmallows, biscotti, to serve

Method

1.Place cream in a small saucepan and heat on medium until just boiling.

2.Reduce heat to low and stir chocolate and marshmallows through until smooth. Remove from heat and stir Cointreau through.

3.Arrange fruit, biscotti and marshmallows on a platter. Pour chocolate mixture into a heatproof bowl. Serve with skewers for dipping if liked.
