1.Preheat a sandwich maker. Place raisin bread slices ona board. Top each slice of bread evenly with apple, almonds and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
2.Drizzle caramel topping over. Top with more raisin bread slices. Spread outsides with butter, then toast for 4-5 minutes until golden.
3.Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice cream, drizzled with extra caramel sauce.
  • Swap fresh apple for 1 cup canned pie apples, if preferred.
