Method

Overnight chia seed bircher

1.Put the milk, desiccated coconut, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract in a glass bowl or jar.
2.Mix until well combined, and then place in the fridge and leave to soak overnight, or for at least 2 hours.

To serve

3.To serve, layer the chia bircher and black Doris plum yoghurt in small-sized jars, and then top with a sprinkle of the roasted almonds.
