1.Place the banana, dates, mango chunks, blackcurrants, coconut milk, chia or flax seeds and blackcurrant powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.Pour into bowls and top with a drizzle of honey, freeze dried blueberry slices, coconut chips and almonds.
Note
- The daily recommended intake of Crown Range Cellar Blackcurrant Powder is 1 teaspoon for adults – ½ teaspoon for children. – This recipe is dairy free, but if you prefer yoghurt in your smoothie, simply replace the coconut milk with 1/4 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt and 3/4 cup coconut water.
