Chocolate crepes

Ingredients

Method

1.Sift flour into a bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
2.Gradually whisk in milk and eggs to form a smooth batter. Whisk in chocolate. Set aside.
3.Heat a crepe pan or small frying pan on medium. Brush with a little butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan, swirling pan to cover base. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.
4.Continue with remaining batter, brushing pan with butter as required.
5.Serve crepes folded, topped with cream, berries and a little grated chocolate.
