Ingredients

Method

1.In a large jug, combine milk, seeds, cacao and honey. Mix well. Set aside 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
2.Stir blueberries through. Pour evenly among 4 serving glasses or bowls. Chill 30 minutes.
3.Serve topped with extra berries, nuts and a drizzle of honey.

Chia seeds swell to about 17 times their original size when mixed with liquid to form a soft gel. You can swap almond milk for coconut milk or water, or pureed fruit.
