Bircher muesli with berries

Save money by making your own bircher muesli. If you soak the oats and apple juice overnight, you'll have breakfast ready to go in a flash!

Method

1.Place oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak 1 hour, or overnight. Stir through grated apple yoghurt and lemon juice just before serving.
2.Spoon into serving bowls and top with mixed berries and honey.
