Cranberry, chocolate and pumpkin seed cookies

Method

1.Soften butter and beat in peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla essence. Add rolled oats. Sift flour and baking soda. Mix into butter mixture with chocolate bits, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
2.Break off 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll this amount into each ball. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Press tops of biscuits with a fork.
3.Bake at 190C for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire cake rack.
