Going gluten-free is a choice for many nowadays, but for those with coeliac disease, eating foods containing gluten is strictly off the table. With Coeliac Awareness Week (June 10-16) upon us, I decided nobody ought to be restricted from eating delicious sweet treats and tasty savoury meals, so here are my favourite gluten-free recipes.
