Waffley shell, velvety ice cream, decadent chocolate and toppings galore – nope, this isn’t an ice cream. It’s an ice cream taco.
While the concept seems a little crazy at first, when you see the ingredients on paper it all makes sense.
Cream in California have been perfecting this dessert for some time and regularly pack their sweet tacos with mini marshmallows, gummy bears, chocolate sauce and crushed Oreos.
While we hold out for an ice cream taco stand to pop up in New Zealand, you can try making these yourself.
