Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. Grease and line base and sides of a 19cm x 29cm slice pan.
2.Place butter and chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat until melted and smooth. Set a side to cool slightly.
3.Using an electric mixer, beat eggs until pale and fluffy. Gradually add brown sugar, beating constantly. Add chocolate mixture, beating constantly until well combined. Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and smooth surface.
4.Scatter over raspberries. Bake for 25-30 mins, until firm. Cool in pan.
