Method
1.Place dates, cocoa, cashews, zest and honey in the food processor. Pulse to roughly chop then blend until fine. Trickle in enough orange juice to make a tacky, rollable mixture.
2.Mix strawberry powder and crushed mandarin in a shallow bowl. Roll date mixture into tiny balls then toss in freeze-dried fruit to coat. Store airtight in fridge; bring to room temperature to eat.
