Method
1.Cook sago in a small saucepan of boiling water about 10 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat, cover; stand 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a small bowl, cover with cold water and refrigerate until required.
2.Blend tea powder, milk and condensed milk until frothy.
3.Drain sago; spoon into serving glasses. Pour milk mixture into glasses and stir to combine.
Cook the sago the night before; refrigerate overnight, then assemble smoothie in the morning. While sago and tapioca are not the same, sago may be found labelled as ‘seed tapioca’ on some packets.
