Method
1.In a heavy-based saucepan, heat oil on medium. Cook onion, garlic and chilli 8 minutes, until onion is golden.
2.Add palm sugar and shrimp paste, cook 1 minute, until sugar caramelises. Stir through tomato and cook another 10 minutes, until tomato softens.
3.Set aside to cool before stirring through lime juice.
