Tender tandoori chicken wings

These chicken wings are coated in a tandoori, yoghurt, garlic, ginger and lemon marinade to produce tender, succulent wings that make a perfect dinner or party snack

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a medium bowl, combine yoghurt, curry paste, onion, garlic, ginger and lemon juice. Roughly chop half the coriander and stir into yoghurt mixture. Mix wings with half the mixture. Marinate for 20 minutes, if time permits.
3.Arrange wings in a single layer on tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
4.Serve chicken with coriander, and accompany with broccolini, papadums and remaining yoghurt.
  • Spray papadums with oil and microwave on high power for 1 minute until puffed.
