Method
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
2.Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a wide-bottomed pot. Add the garlic and chillies, cooking for 1 minutes or until aromatic.
3.Add the tomatoes and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes, then stir in the basil leaves and crab meat.
4.Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Drain and transfer to the sauce.
5.Toss to combine with the butter and season generously with sea salt and pepper. Serve.
If using frozen crab meat, leave in the fridge overnight to thaw, and squeeze out any excess water before using.
