Method
1.Thread chicken on to 16 small bamboo skewers or strong toothpicks.
2.Combine sumac and seeds in small bowl; sprinkle sumac mixture all over skewers.
3.Cook skewers on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until chicken is cooked through.
Soak the skewers or toothpicks in cold water for 30 minutes before using to prevent them from splintering and scorching during cooking.
