Method
1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add mince; cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add paste; stir-try for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
2.Add vegetables to pan; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in coriander.
3.Fill cabbage leaves with chicken mixture. Serve leaves garnished with extra coriander.
Squeeze a little lime juice over chicken mixture. You will find packaged stir-fry vegetables in the fruit and vegetable section. Try beef mince instead of chicken mince.
