Method
1.Defrost strawberries for 10 minutes. Slice and place in a large jug or bowl with raspberries.
2.Sprinkle with sugar and toss gently to combine. Bury cinnamon stick into berries and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to macerate at room temperature for 30 minutes, until sugar dissolves.
3. Remove cinnamon stick. Pur‚e berries in a food processor and place in a serving jug. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of berm mixture into a wine glass and fill with sparkling wine. Top each drink with a mint sprig and serve.
