Soy noodles with pork, coriander and chilli

Ingredients

Noodles
Paste

Method

1.Put all paste ingredients in a mortar and pestle and bash well.
2.Heat oil in a large wok until smoking. Add pork and paste and toss well. Add sweet soy, spring onions, bok choy, then the cooked noodles. Mix well and season to taste. Add beansprouts and coriander leaves, then serve.
