Salmon pâté

If you have guests coming around, this salmon pâté, made from flaky fresh salmon fillets, is ready in just 20 minutes.

Method

1.Preheat a grill to medium and cook the salmon fillets for approximately 8 -10 minutes, turning once during cooking, until just flaking. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
2.Break the salmon into pieces and place half in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and using a hand blender, blend on speed 4 for approximately 30 seconds, until smooth. Fold in the remaining salmon. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
3.Serve with freshly toasted bread and bread sticks.
