Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the prepared sprouts for 4 minutes. Drain.
2.Combine oil, miso paste, maple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce, and toss through the sprouts. Place in a roasting dish lined with baking paper.
3.Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and glazed. Top with sesame seeds.
Note
