Ingredients: 1 cup ice cubes; 50 millilitre bacardi; 25 millilitre fresh lime juice; 20 millilitre lime juice cordial; dash angostura bitters; 30 millilitre soda water

Ingredients

1 cup ice cubes

50 millilitre bacardi

25 millilitre fresh lime juice

20 millilitre lime juice cordial

dash angostura bitters

30 millilitre soda water

Method

1.Combine ice, Bacardi, juice, cordial and bitters in a cocktail shaker.

2.Shake vigorously, then pour mixture into a glass 300ml highball; top with chilled soda water, stir.

Bacardi or dark rum can be used, though the slightly darker rum has a stronger flavour.
