Method
Pine-lime coconut iceblocks
1.Whisk juice and cordial in a large jug. Pour mixture into 12 x 1/3-cup iceblook moulds or paper cups. Freeze until partially set.
2.Insert iceblock sticks at centre of iceblocks. Freeze until set.
3.Combine yoghurt and coconut milk in a large jug. Pour mixture on top of frozen lime layer. Freeze for 4 hours or until set.
Makes 12 For extra zing, add grated lime zest to yoghurt mixture. For extra sweetness, add 1-2 tablespoons honey to yogurt mixture.
