1/2 pineapple, flesh puréed and sieved

1/2 cup sugar syrup

1/4 cup bacardi

1/4 cup coconut milk

Sugar Syrup

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup boiling water

Method

Piña Colada Pops

1.Mix ingredients together, pour into iceblock moulds and freeze overnight.

2.To make sugar syrup, mix equal parts sugar and boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves.
