Method
1.Place the white wine vinegar, sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2.Add the dried fruit, mustard, mustard seeds, lemon juice and garlic and simmer for 30 minutes or until fruit is tender.
3.Ladle fruit and liquid into jars and seal.
