Nothing beats a flavoursome stir-fry for an easy weeknight meal. This lamb with hokkien noodles recipe is ready in less than 15 minutes for a quick and delicious family dinner
1.Heat the oil in the wok on high. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
2.Stir-fry the lamb in two batches for 2-3 minutes each. Return all the lamb to wok.
3.Add the vegetables, soy sauce, sherry and chilli sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until boiling.
4.Toss the noodles through. Stir-fry for 1 minute and serve immediately.
Before adding the noodles, place them in a colander and rinse with hot water to separate. Drain well before adding to stir-fry. – Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, if liked.
