Method

1.Using a sharp knife, score chicken at 3cm intervals. Combine sauces, honey, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a medium glass bowl. Add chicken: toss to coat. Cover with plastic food wrap: chill for 30 minutes (longer if time permits).
2.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper, extending paper over sides (prevents sauce running). Place chicken, cut-side up, on prepared tray, brushing with marinade. Bake, basting occasionally with marinade, for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
3.Cut potatoes into 5mm slices. Melt butter with oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add potato; cook and turn for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
4.Cook beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water tor 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
5.Arrange the chicken, potato and beans on plates. Serve with lemon wedges.
