Method

1.Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Add flavour sachets from noodle packet. Cover with boiling water and stand for 2 minutes or until noodles are soft. Stir to separate noodles. Drain.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Stir-fry chicken in batches until browned and cooked. Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender.
3.Return chicken to wok. Add noodles and combined soy sauce and honey; stir-fry until heated. Serve.

Stir-fry is best made just before serving. For a spicier stir-fry, replace honey with sweet chilli sauce. We used frozen mixed vegetables including carrot, cauliflower and broccoli. Instead of frozen vegies, buy a fresh stir-fry vegetable mix from the salad and lettuce section. Use beef instead of chicken.
