Grilled teriyaki salmon with avocado salad

Method

1.In a shallow dish, combine salmon fillets and teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2.Heat a large, nonstick frying pan on high. Cook salmon for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Rest for 5 minutes.
3.In a bowl, combine cucumber, avocado and chopped herbs.
4.Place a piece of nori on four dinner plates. Top with salmon, then serve with salad, mayonnaise and lime wedges.
