Ingredients: 1 cup (250ml) dry gin, chilled; 1.25 litre blood orange-flavoured mineral water, chilled; 1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice, chilled; 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp; 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water; 3 (450g) yellow peaches, halved, stones removed, sliced thinly; 3 (340g) plums, halved, stones removed, cut into thin wedges; 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves; crushed ice, to serve

Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) dry gin, chilled

1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water

3 (450g) yellow peaches, halved, stones removed, sliced thinly

3 (340g) plums, halved, stones removed, cut into thin wedges

1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves

crushed ice, to serve

Method

1.Place gin, mineral water, juice, pulp and orange blossom water in a large jug. Stir to combine. Add fruit and mint and stir to combine. Serve chilled, over ice.
