Method
1.To make the dressing, place the Saladds Balsamic Vinaigrette in a bowl, season and mix.
2.Preheat the grill or barbecue to high. Brush some of the dressing over the cut side of the peach halves. Barbecue the peaches, cut side down (or cut side up if cooking under the grill), for about five minutes, or until the peaches are soft and lightly charred. Set aside.
3.Toss the dressing through the Krispkut Fancy Lettuce Blend and serve on a platter. Slice the peaches and add to the platter with the blueberries, pistachios and goats’ cheese. Toss everything together with the remaining dressing and serve.
