Classic hoki burger

Method

1.

Preheat oven to 200ËšC (190ËšC fanbake). Place Sealord fish fillets on a lined baking tray and cook according to packet instructions.

2.

Split the burger buns, add brie slices to one half and warm buns in the oven.

3.

Top with a fish fillet, salad greens, sliced gherkin and a dollop of tartare and season with salt and pepper.
