15 millilitre Soda Press Co pink grapefruit syrup

15 millilitre limoncello

2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Champagne or sparkling wine

lemon zest, to garnish

Method

1.In a Champagne saucer, mix together the syrup, limoncello and lemon juice.

2.Top with Champagne or sparkling wine and garnish with lemon zest.
