1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.In a bowl combine the salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion flakes, cayenne pepper, oregano and thyme.
3.Place wedges into a bag with oil and herb mix and shake to coat. When nicely covered, transfer to a baking tray, making sure the wedges are in one layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp and just cooked through.
4.Remove and serve with a bowl of BBQ sauce (see recipe below).
