Method
1.Line a snug baking dish with baking paper and place cheese, topping with the thyme.
2.Bake at 180° for 8-10 minutes.
3.Top Oat Thins with a dollop of baked brie, add a blackberry and a sprig of thyme.
Allow guests to assemble their own cracker or arrange the Oat Thins on a platter.
