2.Place beans in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl with onion mixture, mince and coriander Season. With wet hands, shape heaped tablespoons into patties
3.Heat remaining oil in pan on high. Cook patties in batches for 3 minutes each side, until browned and cooked through. Drain.
4.Combine dip ingredients and serve with patties and salad.
