Method
1.Lay the wraps out flat and spread evenly with chutney. Sprinkle a little cheese on one half of each wrap and arrange the ham, pineapple and spinach leaves on top.
2.Fold the wrap over to enclose the filling. Grill on a sandwich press or in a non-stick pan until bubbling and golden. Cut each quesadilla into thirds and allow to cool before placing in lunch boxes.
