Method
1.
In a bowl, toss NZ Pork with sesame oil. In a wok, stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Set aside.

Soak noodles. Drain and rinse.

**DRESSING** In a jug, whisk all ingredients together.
4.
In the wok, heat oil on high. Stir-fry chilli for a few seconds. Add eggs, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add carrot and onion, stir-frying for 1 minute. Return NZ Pork to wok with noodles and dressing. Toss well. Remove from heat.
5.
Toss cabbage, sprouts and coriander through. Serve with peanuts, chilli and lime wedges.
