Turn your tub of ice cream into a decadent dessert with this indulgent Tim Tam ice cream log recipe. You can't go wrong with everyone's favourite biscuit, white chocolate, strawberries and almonds!
1.Line a 25cm x 7cm x 8cm straight-sided loaf pan with baking paper, overlapping and extending 3cm from each edge. Arrange half of the Tim Tams in base of pan to cover. Roughly chop remaining Tim Tams.
2.Fold strawberries and white chocolate through vanilla ice cream. Set aside. Fold chopped Tim Tams and almonds through chocolate ice cream. Dollop mixtures alternately into prepared pan.
3.Lightly tap on bench and gently smooth top. Freeze overnight.Using baking paper to help lift, remove ice cream from pan. Serve in slices, topped with freeze-dried strawberries.
