Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180C. Lightly grease a 20 x 30cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Combine chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cool for 5 minutes.
3.Blend sugar and eggs into chocolate mixture. Stir in flour, sour cream and hazelnuts.
4.Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until firm to touch. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.
